The business has been underperforming this whole year. Each month money is needed to be put in from all the partners to survive. We have a LLC that runs the business, but the loan (first trust deed and second trust deed) is under on one of the partners name. I do not want to put money into the business and he told me he can sue me if the lender forecloses. Is this true??? What can I do to prevent this?? I do not have any funds to put in to this business.

Even in microwave steamers, the vegetables are cooked in steam but are also bombarded by microwave radiation, which seems to negate the value of steaming that way.

Of course they all aim to clean your clothes, and some supposedly make whites whiter or remove stains well, but I am asking because I want to know if cheaper detergents are not good for your clothes. I especially have trouble with black t-shirts fading and looking dull. Would it help to buy a better detergent than “Era” ?

Hey, I was wondering which Headphones should I get to use with my iPod Touch. At futureshop I am currently getting the Monster Turbine Pro Coppers for $99 and also, I am looking at the the Shure SE215 or the SE115 (both same price) to buy. Right now, I’m not sure which one would be better for me (this is my first time buying a higher end headphone! ). So I was wondering, which one should I choose based on:

Durability (I plan on treating them like my baby, but just in chase)
Sound Quality (highs, lows, mids….whatever that means)
Bass (I usually listen to Rap/Hip Hop songs. With artists like Drake, J-cole, Kanye West, Tupac, but also some rock songs)
Comfort (If I wear them for a while, will my ears still be fine and not ache?)
Sound Isolation (I’ll usually be wearing them in the classroom or on the bus)
Sound Cancelling (not really a biggie, not really needed)
and Price (from $70-$130)

AND if you have any other suggestions (for headphones or anything else) please tell me!
